I have worked in the Calgary inner city market for over 10 years. I began my real estate career as a project sales manager for a local condominium builder and won various top sales achievement awards with the Calgary Regional Homes Builders Association. Armed with a marketing background, I have been able to help various Calgary builders strategise and implement marketing and sales techniques while still being able to maintain the highest level of client service. I was awarded the Gold Level of sales achievement from the CRHBA for a continuous number of years.
In 2008 I became a licensed Realtor with the Calgary Real Estate Board. I focus my expertise of inner city urban dwellings. Of the various condominiums in the Calgary Downtown core, I have first hand knowledge of the buildings as I originally sold them to the public from the builders. This gives me significant insight in terms of pricing, advantages, and the inner details of the building construction.
When not working with clients I enjoy spending time with my family and give much of my time to my favourite charities including the Calgary Interfaith Food Bank and the Miss Calgary Chinese Scholarship Foundation.
